国际域名转出，在ICANN投诉第一商务

由于国内域名代理商的种种限制（续费价格高，域名所有人不能自由更改，不能自由转出）

手中有十来个在第一商务注册的域名，询问第一商务代理商中电云集的客服后，需要每个域名交50RMB的服务费才可以转出

如果只有一两个域名也就算了，但是十来个域名总共需要五六百RMB，为此我走上在ICANN投诉第一商务的维权之路

本文会详细记载本次投诉第一商务的过程，希望可以帮到大家

在ICANN填写投诉第一商务的资料

ICANN投诉地址：http://reports.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

附带一下以上表格的填写方法:

1、Your name 栏目填写您的名字!

2、Your organization(if any)栏目填写组织机构,为可选填写

3、Your email address 栏目写上您的email地址,方便regestrar跟您联系:

4、Your phone number(optional)栏目可选填写您的电话:

5、Specific domain name 栏目写上您要投诉的域名,这里只能填写一个,因为提交时候会自动从数据库查询该域名的注册商regestrar.

6、Please select your issue 写上您将要投诉的问题类型,我们选Transfer Problems – Auth Codes Locked Domain Fraudulent Transfer Registrar Denied Transfer,表示是域名转移相关的问题.

7、下面的brief summary写上您的投诉事件简要描述即可.最好把问题写清楚简要.然后提交即可.

下面是投诉的范文

Hello Im a Chinese people and bought a domain(XXX.com) 1 years ago.

I decided to transfer my domain to GoDaddy for the better service and lower renew price.

But the agent(HANG ZHOU E-BUSINESS SERVICES CO.LTD.whois.eb.com.cn) dont provide the auth code to me.

They ask me to renew the domain first which will cost me 50 RMB and 60 days.

I think I’m the domain owner and I have the right of transfering my domain by free.

But many domain agents in China (not only whois.eb.com.cn)always set up many check points and collect fees to avoid customers transfering domain out of them.

Pls ask whois.eb.com.cn send the auth code of XXX.com to it’s owner email and regulate the behavior of Chinese agents.

昨天把这篇文章发到新浪微博并@第一商务微博后，今天早上九点，第一商务的客服联系了我，通过第一商务和中电云集沟通后的结果是优惠（免费）帮我转出域名，现已将部分域名转到狗爹godaddy

在这里特别表扬一下第一商务，总比什么新网，万网，商务中国强多了

查询域名whois显示注册商还是第一商务，继续等待

如果前域名注册商不人工确认此次转移（以国内注册商通常的做法，是不会去确认的），5天后，域名将自动转移到Godaddy。

刚查询完域名的whois已经显示注册商为GODADDY了，历时36个小时，这次转移的几个在第一商务的域名已经转移完成了。
